Usually we have most common parts available but it is nearly impossible to stock every possible part. Once technician determines what part needs to be replaced, and we don’t have it in stock, we will order required part from one of major nationwide distributors and install it as soon as we can.
Typically we can schedule a service appointment on a same day but sometimes when we are extremely busy we may offer you next day service.
We normally give our customers 2 hours window for the day of the scheduled appointment. We need 2 hours window in case appointment before yours takes longer or we are delayed by traffic, weather, accidents and etc.

For most home appliances, the LG brand has not let me down. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my 2 year old LG dryer. This thing has literally needed repairs on three separate occasions already (would not recommend LG for laundry machines!) but, considering it cost thousands to buy...
